1. The Power of Now by Ekhart Tolle

This is my all-time favourite because it has so many beautiful ways to remind you to be in the present moment. Not only is it so deeply informative but it is useful and applicable to anyone at any part of their journey.

2. The True Power of Water by Masaru Emoto

This is a powerful book that will help you change the way you see everything! It focuses on how words can impact the water on a molecular basis. For example, we see how the water looks perfect and symmetrical when the word happiness is said. And then how it looks deformed and dull when a negative word is said.

This is life-changing because we must remember that we are made up of 75% water and imagine how our thoughts and words impact each of those cells and molecules within our body. You can buy it here!

3. The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz

This is a wonderful book if you’re starting out on a new journey of self-awareness. However, that doesn’t mean you won’t learn from it. Check it out here!
