What is self care life coaching?

A self care life coach will support you with creating SMART goals and follow with realistic ways of achieving those goals based on your personality. We will work together in a nurturing way to ensure you stay on your desired path. During our sessions we focus on breaking down limiting beliefs, unwanted patterns of behaviour and anything else that is stopping you from healing and loving yourself.

We go deep within to the core of your persona and focus on creating sustainable progress. I can offer a lot of guidance from my experience however you are in control. We will work on different levels and ensure you are in the right place depending on your journey. You can choose what you would prefer to focus on most and we can work on that.

I will have a holistic approach on bringing in self care tools that are specific for you. I will support you with including each of them into your life. 

A self care coach will always be focused on helping you create sustainable and transformational habits! (these include physical, emotional and spiritual self care habits)

We will focus on things like

  • including consistent daily meditation habits 
  • learning how to create and set healthy boundaries 
  • ensuring you say no to prioritise yourself 
  • focusing on the main three aspects – nourishing your mind, your body and your mental healthy 
  • ensuring you have a balanced relationship with work and your personal life 
  • creating a realistic workout routine
